NEW 2026 Obverse of 2” coin commemorating U.S. District Judge Isaac Charles Parker as described in first row above. Date of 1872 is unknown. Judge Parker was nominated by Ulysses Grant on March 18, 1875. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 19, 1875. Judge Parker died on November 17, 1896, age 58, from a variety of health conditions, including heart degeneration and Bright's disease.
